    Just after the Ruhr Crisis, a general strike was called, and in order to support those striking, the German government printed an exorbitant amount of paper notes, so prices rose excessively.

    Starting on January 11, 1923, France and Belgium occupied the German Ruhr because the country was not paying reparations as dictated by the Allies. They let go of the highly industrialized land on 25 August 1925.

    Gustav Von Kahr, Hitler, and General von Lossow planned on having another Putsch in Munich, but Gustav and Lossow lost their nerves. Hitler was sentenced to the minimum 5 years in prison and only served 10 months, during which he wrote Mein Kampf.
