    Birth date: February 12th, 1809
    Charles Darwin was born into wealth. Which is stated in the article "The Life and Times of Charles Darwin", "The son of a highly successful country surgeon who had also married into wealth". Charles Darwin was a British naturalist and biologist known for his theory of evolution. As well as an author too many novels supporting his theories. Which includes, "The Origin of Species" and "The Descent of a Man".

  • The Voyage on the H.M.S Beagle

    The Voyage on the H.M.S Beagle
    Charles Darwin was invited to set sail on the HMS Beagle. The HMS Beagle surveyed the coast of South America which led to extraordinary exploration to the continents and islands. Darwin had collected many new types of animals and plants. Which is stated by the National Geographic Society, "These specimens and his notebooks provided Darwin with a record of his observations as he developed the theory of evolution through natural selection".

    Charles Darwin created the theory of natural selection. From research that was collected from the voyage of the HMS Beagle. Throughout the journey, with hands-on research and experimentation. He was able to write a novel called, "On the origin of species". Darwin was able to conclude that species were able to survive through the process of natural selection. Which represents the process of species successfully evolving or species that failed to evolve and reproduce.
