Germans renewed deportations from the Warsaw Ghetto. They encounter a resistance from the ZOB this time though.

In an act of retaliation, the Germans massacre 1000 Jews in the main square.

Germans under the control of the SS General Juergen Stroop, began the final destruction of the ghetto and the deportation of the remaining Jews. But the Ghettos fought back barricading themselves in buildings. After three days the Germans started to burn them out house by house.

After a month of constant fighting the germans blew up the Great Synagogue in Warsaw, signalling the end in the uprising.
