Vikings begin to dissapear
From one thousand to one thousand one hundred many of the vikings started to dissapear and begin to weaken, nobody would come to raids anymore and many vikings changed into Christianity. Alot of new weapons were made which made the vikings much weaker. And since the vikings never joined the raids they did not have that many men which also made them weaker. -
Vikings taking countries
From 800 to 1000 the vikings had already raided and settled in France Ireland and England, the vikings had controlled about half on England and almost all or ireland. The vikings started attacking many of the France cities and so a man in France had to make a deal with the Vikings that they would be able to have a common city known as Normandy. -
Vikings make extra weapons
They would usually raid many people with swords knives and also a spear. They would wear heavy metal armor to protect themselves. And they would use axes for crops, and sheilds for anything that comes at them such as an arrow, -
How it all began
The viking age began in June 8, 793, the vikings came from Finland Sweeden and Norway, also known as scandinavia. About everyone in Europe feared these viking from the north pole, they would attack villages and take everything they had without a warning given to the people in these villages, and kill anyone who got in their way. -
Vikings reach different continents
Soon the Vikings had reached countries of the Middle East, some of Russia, and constinople, they had also reached the continent of North America. They were also traders.
