Columbus tried to go to Asia but ended up in the Caribbean missing his journey and finding a new piece of land. That would change the world by spreading the news and telling everyone there are more places to colonize. -

This war was the conflict between the British and the Americans. where American ships were impressed and put in the British navy, this war ended with both countries signing a treaty saying that no one won. The treaty grew respect and showed that the Americans were not afraid to stand up for themself.
