What this did was made all the american colonist house the British soldiers in their houses and also had to feed them and this made people mad because sometimes people didn't even like britian and now their forcing the american colonist to let British soldiers stay and eat at their house. -

John Adams defends soldiers
In 1770 the Boston massacre happens and John Adams, a Lawyer and one of the best in the country who went to Harvard college, has decided that he wants to defend the 8 soldiers that killed the people at the Boston massacre with the reason being not all of them shot meaning they shouldn't all get killed and also to show they want peace because they could have easily all killed them but that might make them seem ruthless and thats not what they want -
The Boston Massacure
The Boston massacre was a riot where 5 american colonist were shot and killed by British soldiers making many of the colonist mad since they didn't even want the British there in the first place and now they are killing people. Also artist helped make the problem more dramatic by spreading propaganda. -
Boston Tea Party
The Boston tea party was an event where american colonist gathered together at the Boston harbor and dumped over 342 chest of tea into the ocean after being tired of the tea act and being forced to pay for something that they didn't want in the first place. -
No trade with British
They have decided that they no longer wanted to trade anymore with the British which is big because of the amount of cash crops and other materials making Britain the richest country in the world and other making some of the colonies in the Americas less rich because they can no longer trade with the British anymore -
Wanting to break away
On July 4 they decided the final text of the decoration of independence and have decided that they want to break away from the British by taking the most powerful and well known people in the colonies and signing the deceleration and sending it to the king.
