    A)Oligarchy was ruled by few wealthy aristocrats. B) they passed laws and rich people got richer. In some city's if people didn't pay there debt they forced them to put them selves into slavery. C) the people hated the oligarchy.and turned to other leaders soldiers in the army and used soldiers to overthrow the oligarchs. Oligarchy is still used today in China, Venezuela, and North Korea.
