General ldi Amin led a coup and ruled over Uganda. He killed thousands of people to cleanse Uganda, and exiled many Asians. He rule was short, but terrible.

Iran rebels began fighting against the corrupt shah for 1 year leading to the deaths of 10,000 Iranians The shah escaped and fled to different countries before dying of cancer. This made Iran appear weak so Iraq attempted to take over Iran. This attempt failed, and led to 8 years of war.
