Day 1
Blue Ash, Kentucky on master hacklers farm. He broke a plate and got a fork shot innto his chin. They sleep without blankets then Harrison wakes samuel up and drags him outside the house to escape. -
Day 2
They get to the tree and then hear white people coming but heavy rain comes and saves Harison and samuel. -
Day 3
Spiders come when in the weeds. They go to the cornfeilds then go through the river of death. They find the river man and he takes them and hetty scott to dry land. Excludes Hetty scott when reached the land -
Day 4, 5
Harison and samuel come to the widow Taylors house in Ripley OH. They find the gray yarn that belonged to Samuels momma. Then they go into the wagon that leads them to the church with reverend Pry, Mr. Keepheart, ham, and eggs. -
Day 6
Ham, Eggs, and Ms. Kettle take Samuel and Harisson to go fishing where a white man took their fish. Then go and meet Green Murdock the peddler who trys to read their future. Harison and Samuel get an Ace of Spades. -
Day 7
Fever strikes Harisson and they go on the wagon to negro hollow and harison starts to think about Belle and his child. Then they meet August and Belle. -
Day 8-12
Harison is Sick -
Day 13
Harison becomes well again and they have to go onto a train with Ordee Lee -
Day 14
They are on the train and Ol' Bowlegs get Harison Ordee Lee and Samuel off the train. -
Day 15
They get to the dock load flour on The Otter and almost caught. Samuel convinces the man at the dock to let them go free by showing him "FREEDOM" papers and because he had a soft heart he let them go to freedom where they started a new life as free men.
