    4:40 PM: Cutters have began getting ready to leave work at 4:45 P.M. Unbeknownst to them, for some, it was their last day on earth.

    4:41, fire catches throughout a bin of cloth. The fire soon leaps out of control.

    5:15 PM: Exactly 35 minutes after flames caught, the flames were under control. But of 500 people who reported to work, 146 died. It was too late.

    Early Morning: As Chief Croker returned to inspect the damages, and find more bodies, he could hardly believe his eyes. The only living things found were some half drowned mice, one of which he picked up and took home. "It's alive. At least it's alive."

    The only work place disaster that was able to top this one was the terrorist attack of the Twin Towers, which took 2,500 lives.
