at the age of 3 the baby is beginning to get potty trained. when they notice that they will try to take their own diaper off. they will squat or do whatever they can to take it off. they can jump off of low structures. they can use 2 different sides of their bodies to do different activities. there reading skills are increasing. their feelings make a huge increase with connecting with others. -
4 years old
the child loves to do new things. playing the role of parents is very common because they want to be like their parents. the child would rather be with other children than just by herself. the child can talk about his or her interested activities. the child knows basic rules of grammar, sings lullaby's, tells stories and can say their first or last name. they can understand time and the idea of counting. they can remember parts of a story or even tell the upcoming parts of a story.
