Headright system
To distribute land some one thought a good idea was that the head of the house gets 100 acers of land and 50 acer per familly member (exept for father already recieved 100 acers). This is important because it distributed land and you at least 50-100 acers of land. This affected GA because every body got land, and more slaves were needed, so people bought more slaves. -
University of Georgia
The first public college for the South. It affected GA because people could go to a university without paying as much for a privet school. This is important because the South had a large college were people could attend if they wanted to at a public school. -
Louisville
This was GA's first capital, were people could trade. This affected GA because they had there first capital.
