Steel teams students had an opportunity to see how Bio-diesel fuel is made. They wrote letters to the Congressional and Gubernatorial candidates about the problems with our dependence on fossil fuels and made advertisements for other alternative forms of energy.

Mr. Stern turned the big 2-5! He had a great day at school. He had some friend over to play Balderdash and eat peanutbutter pie that evening.

6th, 7th, and 8th grade students will take the PSSA writing and math tests. We've worked all year for this. Time to show them what we learned.

On April 1st, the Steel Team took a fieldtrip to the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology. We saw parts of an Egyptian Palace, the 3rd Largest Sphinx, real Mummies, Roman Armor, and much more.

Steel Team students will have the chance to experience a little bit of life in the Middle Ages. They'll be able to build their own catapults to lay seige to a castle and much more

Summer is finally here! The end of the 10-11 school year. We've done ALOT of work, now it's time for a well deserved break!
