    If the Zimmerman Telegram were to successfully reach Mexico, sharing the thoughts upon partnership between Germany and them, that would not be a permanent prevention of America's entrance in the war against Germany and its allianced forces. They only affect this occurrence would have, would be the delayment of American presence into the war.

    If the Zimmerman Telegram were to not be intercepted and gotten to Mexico, it would not change there answer. That being there declinement of Germany's alliance, due to Mexico not being idiotic and knew the foolishness being put up against the US, knowingly being unmatched. Being so disadvantaged in the battle would lead to attacks coming from Mexico, resulting way worse from the US in return.

    The Zimmerman Telegram, if not intercepted would not have pushed the U.S. last buttons, giving them no other choice then to join this war against Germany and its alliances. The letter ultimately proved that Germany was waiting for war already hatching a plan for if other forces were to alliance with the opposed side. If the telegraph was not brought to the eyes of the U.S. then this would not have been the last breaking point for the U.S. to finally join in the war.

    The Battle of Amiens consisted of Canadian and Allied Forces, sprawling against Germany. But let's say that the Zimmerman telegram was not intercepted, and Mexico took up Germany's alliance proposition. The battle could have looked different with Germany and Mexico fighting alongside, and yes while this could have been true, the outcome would have still been the same. Mexico had just so many able bodied soldiers, and was already dealing with troublesome occurrences.
