After getting the Cyclopes drunk Odysseus and four men drive a spike into his eye and Odysseus tells him that nobody has as hurt him so when the Cyclopes yells for help he is saying that nobody has harmed him

Across from the island of Cyclopes there is a lush deserted island and where Odysseus and his men stay before going to the island of Cyclopes

After they stab the Cyclopes they tie themselves to sheep so they Cyclopes wouldn't see them then they got on there ship and sailed away.

After they escape they come to the land of aeolus and are given a bag of winds and a fair west wind blowing them to Ithaca

Once they get near Ithaca while Odysseus is sleeping his crew opens the bag of strong winds thinking it was gold and silver but instead it blew then all the way back to aeolus' island.

Odysseus landd on aeaea the land of the goddess circe, considered by many to be a witch. The crew splits up but eurylochus begs his Capitan to leave the island but he doesn't listen and his men are held captive.

Once they are back at aeolus' island he doesn't help them because he thinks they are cursed by the gods. The next land the come to is laestrygones,a land with cannibals, and only Odysseus and 45 of his crew survive along with the ship.

Odysseus and his men go to the underworld and is told that death and destruction will follow unless him and his crew can control themselves. Odysseus is also told that his mother died of grief because he was home so long.
