Ms.DuBois-Zack's favorite teacher who is nice and too nice.
Eddie- an evil guy who is killing ghost seers who help him
Wade Muggins-Janitor who gets bit by zombi -
Zack Jennings is a new kid at Northchester Connecticut and is starting a new school year. Zack looks nerdy bet he is a powerful ghost seer and is enrolling at an extremely haunted school. The founder of the school and who the school is named after is Horace P. Pettimore. He is a powerful voodoo wizard and is a ghost at his school where he hid his treasure and will possess a student and get back his treasure.

Zack Jennings is starting school at a school that's haunted. Treasure is under the school and lots of bad people want it so they can get rich and/or redeem themselves and their relatives. Zack has already met a handful of ghosts. There is a zombie (McNulty) who guards Pettimore's treasure and only follows his rules. Pettimore is lookng for his descendant to posses.

Zack meets a bully by the name of Kert Snertz. He wants to basically kill him because Zack made Kert's brother a wimp.

Zack meets the Donnelly brothers again in the Smoky Corridor

Zack meets a ghost David, and his guardian ghost Mr. Willoughby.

Wade, Muggins goes deeper into the hole to find inscriptions, and watches until he makes a terrible mistake.

Two ghost seers are killed by Eddie.

Zack sees two ghosts with bullet holes in their heads and they're following Eddie. Zack, Azalea, and Malik decide to go to on a graveyard field trip.

Zack tells Azalea that he can see ghosts. Azalea doesn't believe him and tells Ms. DuBois. Pettimore finds out Azalea is his descendant.

Daphne Dubois turns out to be bad. She's Eddies boss. She's from the South. She came to Connecticut to get Pettimore's gold. She's going to kill Zack, Malik, and Azalea. Captain Pettimore wants Azalea's body.

Ms. Dubois invites Zack, Azalea, and Malik to the graveyard to get rubbings.

Azalea is posessed by Pettimore and Malik is looking for the gold. Only ones at graveyard are Zack, Eddie, and Ms. Dubois. While Zack is talking to ghosts he's faking words and making them up to stall Ms. Dubois and Eddie.

Benny gets the whole gang of nerds to come to school right before Zack gets shot. Kurt Snertz is waiting at school for Zack so he can beat him up.

Zack and dog run away to inside school to get Malik, Azalea, and the gold. Kurt follows him and so does Eddie and Daphne.

Eddie dies. Snertz leaves. Zack's parents are ghost seers and come to rescue him. McNulty dies.

Wade Muggins is human again. Everyone gets out of the labyrinth. The Voodoo Queen gets Pettimore as a slave.

Malik gets gold bars and so does the school and Wad Muggins. Azalea is saved.

Zack goes home and Wade Muggins and Malik get even amounts of gold.
