    This is the time Colombus set out to look for the new world and did not find what he was expecting. he took a couple wrong turns and landed in Jamacia, where he found allspice and chilli. he then continued on his journey and came to Mexico, where he discovered more varities of chilli and vanilla.

    This date is notable because this is when the first cargo of ginger arrived in Europe.
  • Ban Chao supresses rebelions

    In the years 73 to 94 (not 1973) rebellions were suppressed and the Han Dinasty dominated the silk road. They also protected the silk road at this time.
