Back then in the 1500's if you bewere a orphan and someone didn't adopt you then you would get a master who would sell you again to a different master, just like what happend to Widge. -

When Widge was sold to a new master by Dr. Bright his master wanted him to steal Shakespeare's famous play,Hamlet.and that was very common to steal Shakespeare's plays since they were so good. And Widge had to go to The Globe Theater. -
In The Globel Theater
When Widge went in the Global theater many people were there to watch Shakespeare's magnificint plays. Falconer, Widge's master, told him that some men were in plays as girls, but Widge was very convinced that they were actually women. -
Who's the ghost in the play?
When Widge saw the play he didn't know that William Shakespeare was playing as a ghost ,but widge didnt know that. -

The second time Widge went to go get the script he was caught and one of the men treated him as one of his own his name was Mr.Heminges. He was used to boys running away from thier master and wanting to be a player, but Widge didn't run away and lied about wanting bieng a player -
