    The first time a firearm was used that was recorded was at this time.
    Because of it being the first gun it was not very efficient. It had to have a burning wick to fire a bullet and it was with many other downsides.

    Invention of wheel lock.
    The wheel lock was like previous firearms but it needed no wick to fire. They also added other upgrades. This was a step forward from the first one because it was getting rid of some of the down sides of the matchlock and making the downsides of the matchlock better in the wheel lock.

    They made some changes like a lid on the flash pan design so to expose or protect the powder the lid had to be moved by the user. this was a problem before that they fixed now so that the gun was more efficient compared to other guns used.

    Men stop carrying swords. Pistols become more popular than swords. People realize that guns are more efficient now that problems have been solved and many people are using guns in duels.

    Shotguns were a new kind of gun, instead of shooting one bullet, it shot balls of steel from the bullet. This guns was a very different gun from other types so a lot of people used it and found out how different it was from other guns, it fired as a cone so it was easier to hit targets.

    They made guns so efficient that the guns could shoot 7 times in 15 seconds but they would need fresh ammo all the time but Abraham Lincoln tested it and his approval of the gun led to many of these guns being made.
