    They were getting mad and didnt want to take any risk so they went down in their submarines and sank every ship that was in the Britain waters.

    The United States came into WW1 because Germany sent a telogram to Mexico saying to attack the U.S. but it didn't get there and the U.S. was told about it so they went in.
