Apprenticeships become an optional part of the IB Careers Program 2025
Students currently learn about working in their chosen field however actually working as part of the course will give students a real opportunity to discover the job in its entirety - the good, the bad and the ugly. This is becoming increasingly important. -
IB outreach mission starts
Given the IB mission statement to develop young people to create a better future and work together as guardians of the planet, many more people should be given access to the course in the form of some kind of charitable or outreach project. It would seem vital that this great course is made available to more of the most under underprivileged children despite their low economic status and poor access to education.
