The French sighned the Treaty of Pairs which ended the French and Inidan war. British got all of French land east of the Mississipi river and Canada.They also gained Floreda. The French kept island's in the gulf of st.Lawrence and West indies. Spain gained the other half of the Mississip river, Neworlands, and the South America. Now the British start war with thire own colonies. Due to the war the British need money and that means taxs.

I give this event a 2 because this was an establushment of peace not war. This was the end of the French fighiting with the British, however it lead to a new war with the colonist.

The British prime minister, George Grenville, taxed on legal documents and other papers such as wills, newspapers, ect. The papers or documents had a stamp showing they paid for it. British had never required Americans to pay such a tax even if other countries did it.The colonists refuged to pay the tax.This lead to the colonist tarring and feathering the agents that came to get the tax.

I give this a 3 because people started to do wrong things to good people. The agents we just here to get the money not kill them. People did stand up for their rights, but that dosen't mean they can tar and feather them.

The Township Act was when the Britich tax on goods such as tea, paint, glass, ect. This lead to people steeling the goods. The British used Writs of assistance (Documents) to search a persons ship or house without a good reson why. People started to boycot the goods. Woman worked harder to make wool and people sighned petitions.

I give this a 3 because people started to take a stand even if it ment being cold with nothing to cover them selfs with. Woman worked hard to try to keep other warm, But this was fought by words and staying away from the taxs not death.

I give this a 3 because many people died for what they belived in.The British killed their own people even if it was selfprotection ,but the colonist lost badly. They should have though before they did it. come on guns Vs. rocks and glass. Guns wins by a long shot. Literally.

On this night a crowd of colonist gathered around Boston custom house.The colonist threw glass ,rocks, snowballs ect and yelled insuts at the British.The British fired at the colonist. Killing 5 people, this lead to some taxes being revoced. The tea tax would stay. Colonist felt that they had to begin thinking more carefully about political rights.

Three ships that were loaded with tea we about to unload like the governor of Massachusetts said to whenThe Sons Of Liberty (People agentist the tax) and Sam Adams (Leader of the sons of Liberty) found out. They wrote a letter saying to stop the ships ,but the governor denied it. They then dressed like Mohawks (Indian tribe. Eneimes of the British) and they dumped all the tea into the harbor. This lead to the colonist
getting punished for this big party of theirs. -
I give this a 4 because the Boston tea party was a way of saying to the British that were not going to pay this tax, so will save you the efert and get rid of the stupid tea for you. This was the begning of a bigger war.

The Quebec Act set up a govement for Canada and gave religious freedom to the French Catholics. It also made the borders of Quebec extend and the land between Ohio and Missouri river. French Canadians were alowed,but colonies were mad because they clamed that this land belonged to them.

I give this a 3 because this was another change the got people angry. The French Canandans were given the colonist land. (So they clam) This wasn't really war yet. It was more like they were getting into a war.
