Marshall Plan
Europe remained engulfed in war. The Marshall Plan, created by the US and was intended to help rebuild the damage and be possibly a way of getting them to sell American goods. With this, the USSR refused to have any eastern Bloc countries take part. -
The Begining Of The End
(The start of the war isnt exactly known, but it rougly it ranges between 1945-1985) Since the atomic bomb attack on Hiroshima and Nagasaki the U.S.S.R. felt threatened which over the years turned into a stronger fear, this was aided by Trumans dislike of Stalin and among other things such as America refusing to share nuclear secrets and the U.S.S.R.s fear of being attacked it developed into a war. The London Program
With the combination of the three Western Zones and a reform of the currency in which The Western allies combine their zones to become one single economic system was the maimed goal for the London program. And also so the currency would be the same throughout the Western sectors of Germany. -

The result of these discussions was the London Program. The main goal of the London Program was to establish a West German government, with the means to achieving this goal being the combination of the three western zones of occupation and a reform of the currency. The western Allies wanted to combine their zones so that they could be administered as a single economic unit, and so that the currency exchange would be uniform throughout the western sectors of Germany.
