    HS: The UN was used to try to destroy communism.

    This was a deal that said we would interfere if anything happened n the Mediterrainen.
    HS: It showed the US was not scared to stand up to communism.

    HS: This strengthened and brought countries together.

    HS: This stopped the spread of communism and made the western countries stronger.

    HS: This helped Communism start the domino effect.

    He was the leader of the North Vietnamese during the Vietnam War.
    HS: He kept Communism going in his area.

    This was the first time a hydrogen bomb was ever used and it was much more destructive than the nuclear bomb.
    HS: This showed how powerful and destructive bombs can be.

    This was a bunch of communist countries joined togeter.
    HS: It made the other countries harder to separate from the Soviets.

    This was a conflict between Egypt and other united countries.
    HS: It resulted in that part of the country not having a good realtonship with with the Western countries.

    HS: This was the first thing we ever sent into space and we discovered new things about space.

    The wall was built to divide West and East Berlin.
    HS:This separated the communism and democracy in the country.

    The U.S. got made becasue they found out that the Soviet Union had missiles in Cuba.
    HS: This showed that the Soviet Union would do anything they could to attack the United States.

    HS: He focused a lot on the military and made the Soviet Union a military power. He also tried to gain peace while in power.

    HS:The event showed that nuclear things are very powerful. It showed that we need safety reforms.
