The Baudelaires meet the Quagmires, triplets whose parents and one brother also died in a fire. THey find out that Count Olaf is disguised as Coach Genghis. Olaf makes them run hundreds of laps until they are failing their classes. if they don't pass the tests, they will be given to olaf. Luckily they pass the tests, but accuse Genghis of being Olaf, which the principal expells them for. Olaf kidnaps the Quagmires as he runs away from the school.
