    The start of the French and indian was on May 28,1754. The war was against England. The French used the indians and tried to take down England but they lost because France didnt help out. In the end England won but from being a economic giant they went to needing more money.

    The Proclemation of 1763
    The Proclematio of 1763 was a proclemation that stated the colonist could not move into the new land they have gained plus they will have to pay taxes but they didnt know what for. All these taxes were made to gain money after the war and they could not afford another war with the Indians so the colonist were not allowed to move to the new land.

    Teh Sugar act was created in 1764. This was the first act/tax after the French and Indian war.
  • Stamp Act

    Stamp Act
    The Stam Act was now put in to place on 1765. It was the second tax to come into place. It taxes anything made using ink.

    The townshed was put into place to teach some of the colonist in place so that they stop the colonist from rebeling. It ended July 7 1677.
  • The Boston Massacre

    The Boston Massacre took place in 1770. The soilders supposing fired into the crowd and killed 5 people. On the other hand the soilders said they fired because they felt threatened. It is all bassed o the point of view you look at it.

    The Boston Tea Party was when a group of Massachusetts colonist lead by Samuel Adams disguised as Mohawks threw tea over board into the ocean as a rebelion toward the tea act and against all the taxes.

    The last act passed was the Intolerable act. It basicly closed off all the ports and evrything in Boston. It was ment to punish them for all the things they have been doing.
  • Lexington and Concord

    Lexington and Concord
    Lexington and Concord was when they sent over soilders to take Samuel Admas to face what he has done. They were also told to seize all of there wepons and gunpowder. In the end due to a lose bullet from who knows who shot the colonist started to fire on the soilder but they were not prepared to fight so they were forced to retreat.This is also know as the shot heard around the world. it started the American Revolution and sparked many others to come.

    In the Decloration of Independence som grievances or complaines they had against the king were listed. One was the king dosent force the laws which is basically he refused to force laws. The second one was the king called colonial meetings to meet away from the people making it hard for colonist to participate in goverment.The third one was standing armies in peace which ment he forced people to house soilders. The fourth one was tax without cosent meaning he taxed whithout asking the colonist.

    The battle of Saratoga was our Rocky moment during the revolution. We needed to win this battle. This decided if the French would come to our aid. We had basically won the war.

    Valley Forge was a time before the battle of Yorktown. It delayed it because of the weather and forced the colonist to wait in the harsh nature. 1/3 fo his solders died but due to how good George Washington was of a leader the reast decided to stay. None left his ide.

    The battle of Yorktown was the last battle of the war. After having been throuht such a bad winter they were no longer scared to face the British. This was what lead them to victory.

    The Treaty of Paris was the end of the American Revolution. They finaly signed a treaty that gave the people their freedom.
