In late June 1914 Franz Ferninand and his wife were riding through the city. A man named Garrilo Princip opened their car and shot them. He was a memeber of a siberian nationlist group called "The balck hand". -
Zimmerman telegram
In January 1917 a man named Authur Zimmerman sent a telegram to the German ambassador. This telegram said if Mexico agreed to become an ally with Germany in a war with the U.S. they would regain their territory after the war. This was called the Zimmerman telegram. -
United States Declares War
In January 1917 a German official, Authur Zimmerman sent a telelgram to the German ambassador in Mexico saying "If Mexico agreed to become an ally of Germany in a war with the U.S. Germany promised Mexico that they would regain their territory after the war. On April 2, 1917 America declared war on Germany. -
Left camp
Theodore Beach left camp Merrit March,3rd 1918 by a boat called Vaterland. After two days some people have gotten sick, but the food is great, they even get pie. By March 6th they were getting prepared for war that night. -
War
By March 10th they incountered the convoy. The next day a sub shot a torpedo at them while Theodore was on guard. On March 13th he took a hike through Liverpool, seen some kids beggings for pennies. -
Theodores Day
On March 15 he had bread and cheese for breakfast. After a few weeks he went to south hampton. Most of the men were drunk there, then he went to Le harve and had a hike. -
German Territory
On June 11th They pulled up in the German territroy. They fixed their positions and put on camoflauge. On June 28th they moved to a new position about two miles away. -
Theodores Day
On July 22nd he got up at 6:30 and had breakfast. At 10:30 he went to the gas station and tested masks. Then that afternoon he went sight seeing.
