  • Review learning objectives and establish the number of lessons to be created with mentors

  • Assign learning objectives to each lesson

  • Begin gathering content for lessons

    Find vieos, articles, photos, guest speakers to be used as learning materials in class
  • Create syllabus in consultation with mentors

  • Get feedback from mentors and revise syllabus

  • Submit syllabus to mentors for final approval
