Least Restrictive Environment

This was signed into law by President George W. Bush. The act promises people with special needs have the same rights as everybody else. -
IDEA
The Individuals with Disabilities Act was also signed into law by George W. Bush. This includes 6 pillars, FAPE, LRE, IEP, evaluation, parent/student participation and all procedural safeguards for participants. -
No Child Left Behind Act
This was signed into law by President George W. Bush. It states that states are required to test students in reading and math in grades 3–8 and once in high school. -
