Eckels is about to go back to the past to hunt the biggest game in his life. He will kill a t-rex. -
The Time Machine
Eckels sees the time machine and knows what it is capable of doing. He is amazed at what it can do and will use it to hunt the biggest game. -
Last Chance
Eckels has a chance to rip his check for ten thousand dollars if he doesn't want to go or is scared. -
The Path
They can only stay on the anti-gravity path. The hunters are not allowed to touch anything or shoot anything they are not told to. The path is designed to keep them from touching anything from the past. -
The dinosaurs
The dinosaurs theyare allowed to kill are the ones that are marked with red paint. A Safari leader went back in time before them to follow dinosaurs to see which ones died so that they could go back in time to kill those dinosaurs. -
The T-Rex
Before they see the t-rex there is a sound of thunder. The hunters see the t-rex and get ready to shoot him. The t-rex is massive. He was a great evil god with thick ropes of muscle. -
Eckels is Scared
Eckels does not want to shoot the t-rex anymore. He says it is too bi and can not be killed. The Safari leaders tell him to go back to the machine and stay on the path. Eckels will get half of his check back. -
Shootng the t-rex
The other hunters shoot the t-rex when it sees them. The t-rex trys to attack them but can't. Finally, the t-rex falls and you can hear a sound of thunder. Before he falls he destroys trees and tore the metal path. -
Eckels leaves the path
Eckels stepped of the path and is yelled at by Travis. He is told to get outside and will be left in the past. They don't know what Eckels could have done to the future. -
Consequences
Travis tells Eckels he has to go and take the bullets out of the t-rex. Travis is really mad at Eckels and is ready to kill him. -
Back Home
When they return, Travis tells Eckels to leave and never come back. Eckels can feel a change and sees the sign is not the same anymore. He checks his boots ad sees a butterfly that is dead. -
A Sound of Thunder
Eckels can't believe that a little butterfly could change everything. They find out who won the election. Eckels closed his eyes and did not move. Travis prepares his gun and a sound of thunder is heard.
