The machine stopped
When they had reached their destination the time machine landed. As they prepared to get out of the machine and step into the ancient wilderness, they were told instructions. Mr. Traves explained to Eckels and the other two men to stay on the path provided by Time Safari, and that they were to stay on the path no matter what. Mr. Traves also explained that they were not to shoot any aniaml that wasn't okayed by himself and his assistant, Lesperance. -

In the time machine
As the five men walked on the path Eckels asked Mr. Travas why it was so important to stayon the path. Mr. Travas then answered that the do not want to change anything, because it could change the future. Even the smallest of thngs could ave a major effect, it wuld be like a domino . -

How they choose which dinosaurs to kill
while they were still in the time machine, they talk about how they choose the dinosaurs. The only kill the ones that are going to die in a natural death because they don't want to change any of the outcomes of the future. They mark them with red paint and note the precisetime that they die so that they stay with the flow. -

Gettting out of the time machine to look for a Tyrannosaurus
As they walked onto the narrow path they spotted the Tyrannosaurus. Once Eckels saw how big the Tyrannosaurus as he didn't want to shoot it anymore. Eckels was the first one to shoot, but started to panic and wanted to retreat but it was too late. The Tyrannosaurus had spotted them and started to chase them. -

The panic
As the Tyrannosaurus started after them Eckels painiced and ran off the path. He did not listen to the instructions that where given, to go back to the machine. The rest of the man stayed behind and killed the Tyrannosaurus to save their lifes. -
Eckels sees the Time Safari, Inc. Sign
When Eckels sees the Time Safari Inc. sign he gets really excited and nervous. He waved a ten thousand dollar check in the air because he was anxious to travel back in time and hunt aTyrannosaurus Rex. He then asked the man behind the desk if the safari guaranteed that he would come back alive. -
Time Machine
Eckels is dumbfounded by the sight of seeing a real time machine. He then immediately got into the machine with his safari leader, Mr. Traves. There they put on their oxygen helmets and tested the intercoms. The machine roared and off they went nto the past. -
Back to the future and the consequences
When Eckels strayed off the path and into the the land he thought that he hadn't changed anything, Maybe just kick up some dirt but that was about it. When they returned into the future at first eveything seemed normal until the see theTYME SEFARI INC. sign. He then loked down and saw a beautiful dead butterfly on the bottom of his boot. He couldn't believe tha such a small thing could've had such a major change.The writng was different and the opposing president, Deutscher had won the electons.
