    During the modernization of Russia, lower classes were exploited. Father Gapon tried to lead them to achieve peace.He lead a pacific march of workers to the Winter Palace in January 22. In the image, we can observe the Father Gapons people facing the imperial guard, wich latelely shot them, even though they were doing a pacific march. We belive that this was important because it helped people to understand that a Social Revolution was needed. So new revolutionaries groups would uprise after it.

    Zapatist troupes attacked Huerta's government as part of a civil war against him. Zapatists and other war lords joined this cause, as we see in the image. That was because the ex-president was murdered by Huerta in a military strike.This image is important because it shows a new alliance between war lords and fight this common enemy. We can say that this movement started the real revolutionary fight.It´s triumph also generated a feeling of nationalism and support of the people.

During those days women played an important role as "soldaderas". that means they were in charge of the distribution of weapons and food to revolutionary soldiers.     Women were seen as inferior by the Bolsheviks until Lenin convinced them to accept them as part of them. There were food shortages in the cities. In the image we can see that ,in city of Petrograd, women demanding "Peace and bread" and "Down with autocracy". We think that this march led to the February Revolution and the strike to the government, and a future communist government but it also helped women to earn the same political rights and obligations as men in Russia.

    This poster has the phrase "all workers choose the soviets" which means that they were trying to get the approval of people to the comunism. We believe that Russia was trying to increase the nationalist feeling in people, this through propaganda as a way of educating people. With the people approval comunism became stronger and its way of education ended up as social manipulation.
