  • Greek Herritage

    The Spread of Greek Ideas:
I think the spread of Greek Ideas is the most important topic in the Greek Heritage because Alexander established Greek cities, Greek language, and Greek ideas that have helped the world. The empire was a single government and Alexander did all he could to conquer more and to spread Greek Ideas. If it weren't for him, my community and I would not know about all the different types of activities like drama and art we know now. You are amazing Alexander!
  • The Greek Heritage- Continued

The Spread of Greek Ideas example:
Alexander gave me inspiration to conquer my goals and to never give up. Also, because more activities were spread around the world, now, as I have mentioned before, I am able to enjoy drama which is one of my favorite subjects. Alexander has given me the opportunity to perform in Beauty and the Beast and I strongly appreciate him for this.

  • The Glory of Ancient Rome

Beginnings of Christianity: For the Glory of Ancient Rome, I have decided that the "Beginnings of Christianity" is the most important topic. People could practice their own religions, there was religious freedom by emperors and Christianity spread. Many people who had suffered under Roman rule turned to the church for comfort at this time. For example, I attend a school, which is religious, and most of us are Christians and this is because of the development of Christianity.
  • Europe in the Middle Ages

    Europe Begins to Change:
I also think the most important subject in Europe in The Middle Ages is "Europe Begins to Change." Trade increased, towns offered opportunities and excitement, and towns grew into cities. For example, now my friends and I are able to live better with more technology, trading, and more opportunities in life. We are even able to accept other cultures more and able to meet other international people.
  • Glories of the Renaissance

    Poem G.W:
    George Washington, George Washington,
    A great man,
    The father of our country.
He led in war, he led in peace,
He helped get rid of the mean old king.
    George Washington, George Washington,
He was and will always be.
  • Revolutions in Government

    Who: George Washington
    Where: In America
    When: During the American Revolution
Why: To do the questioning of the government
    What: American leader during 1270's
How: With courage, he declared independence
  • Industrial Revolution: Production

    Production:
In production, machines were built in Great Britain and they sped up the process. In factories an example of this would be the spinning-dye-cloth for clothing. A specific example would be a steam engine which was built in 1712 and it was one of the 1st machines of the Industrial Revolution. In conclusion, production has really helped the world and we should all appreciate this change.
  • Industrial Revolution: Society

    Society:
In society, factories are making most goods and they are making a lot of improvements. Such improvements were jobs, but not all were positive such as labour unions! Families who lived on farmland had a lot of diseases and lived in squalid conditions. For example, families had farmed the land for a long time and now they had lost their life style. As we say, we are part of the solution and not the problem, and they are part of the bad effects of society, not the good ones.
  • Industrial Revolution: European Government

    European Government:
In European government things were starting to be at their peak. Imperialism was taking over government and religion.
A specific example is when making colonies the government conquered France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Germany and Great Britain. In conclusion, imperialism actually helped countries be more bilangual.
