Darwin's Start
After his mothers passing in 1817, Darwin was sent to a boarding school. Bored with school, his father eventually removed him from his learnings to become a medical assistant in his fathers medical practice. (Berra, pgs. 6-7)

Traveling the world
According to Berra, Darwin was offered a chance, to join a crew on HMS Beagle to survey the globe on a world-wide trip. (pg. 13) During the trip Darwin collected over 1529 bottled and 3907 dried specimens, which gave him a starting point for his Theory of Evolution. (Berra, pg. 35)

Galapagos Islands
During the voyage, Berra states that, Darwin spent several weeks studying the wildlife and habitats in Galapagos, where he noted key differences between the same animal, depending on which island the animal was living on. (pg. 29)

Evolution of Species

The Publishing of The Origin of Species
According to this BBC YouTube video, Theory of Evolution: How did Darwin come up with it?, after the publishing Darwin's book in 1859, it would not only shock the scientific community, but British royalty as well; overall this would change the way humans think about how animals became the way they are without divine help.

Charles Darwin's Death
Darwin's last months of life started in late 1881, where he suffered multiple chest pains through the beginning of April 1882. Darwin would eventually come to pass away on April 19, 1882. (Berra, pg. 82-83) source:
