I was in a serious car accident coming home from Dartmouth College at 4 pm on Rt 93. I was interning in a Grade 5 classroom in Salem NH. As the jeep was rolling over this thought flashed through my head: How are they going to tell the kids? I walked away with just bruises. I think the kids saved me.

Kendall was born in 2002. Having children made me re-evaluate my priorities and goals. I enrolled in a Masters Program at Rivier this year to acoomplish this goal.

Started teaching Social Studies at Nashua High North which inspired me to go back to school to get my SPED certification. Became interested in technology and at risk students.

Met my husband during ESY program in Nashua (thank god I got my SPED certification!) I was inspired to enroll in a CAGS program to continue learning.

Became a technology integrator in Nashua for both high schools. This position changed my life. I have tried to stay abrest of new instructional technology and strategies since then to provide professional development and instruction to staff.

Teaching at risk students has been a great experience for me. Plus I get to teach the subject that I love.

Our famliy is complete!

Teaching part time at Rivier a course called "Integrated Arts and Creativity." The research and planning of this course has been a complete joy. I hope to continue.
