  • Self Breast Exam

    Self Breast Exam
    An option for women ages 20 and up. Tests for breast cancer by self examining breasts to make sure they look normal.
  • Clinical Breast Exam

    Clinical Breast Exam
    Should be completed about every three years in women 20 to 30 and every year after the age of 40. Tests for breast cancer.
  • Pap test

    Pap test
    Should be completed yearly in women ages 21 and up, or about 3 years after vaginal intercourse and yearly from then on. Tests for cervical cancer by taking a sample of the cells in the cervix and uterus and examining them under a microscope for abnormalities.
  • Mammogram

    Mammogram
    Should be completed yearly after the age of 40. This screening tests for breast cancer by examining a woman's breasts for unusual lumps or areas that may be cancerous.
  • Colonoscopy

    Colonoscopy
    Starting at age 50 men should complete these screenings every 10 years. Tests for Colorectal cancer and polyps.
  • Prostate-Specific Antigen Test

    Prostate-Specific Antigen Test
    A blood test to screen for Prostate cancer. Should be completed every 5-10 years in men 50 years and up.
