    I will still walk or run in the mornings but I'll also go to the gym. Preventive Health Care:
    I'm not going to smoke, I'll use sunscreen, limit my alcohol consumption, avoid illegal drugs and substances, use prescription and over-the-counter drugs only as directed, reduce stress, monitor my BMI, and follow my health care provider's recommendations.
