Capulet talks to Paris about his party. Paris asks Capulet if he could marry Juliet. Capulet say's that she is two years too young, but at the party, make sure she likes you.

Capulet gives the list to the the servingman. The servingman rants about the list because he cannot read.

Benvoleo and Romeo enter as they talk about love. The servent asks for help.
Benvoleo anf Romeo start to mock him because he can't read. -
Romeo agrees to the servingman to do his bidding. He asks where the party is. The servingman says that it's at the Capulet.

The servent leaves. Benvoleo convinces Romeo to go to the party after a bunch of mocking about his old girlfreind.

Lady capulet ask nurse where juliet is. The nurse gets Juliet and they begin to talk.

The nurse then rambles for like an hour about Juliet and she gets on the nerves of Lady Capulet and Juleit. They both then tell the nurse to shut up.

Lady Capulet then ask Juliet about marriage. She is indecisive about marrige and would perfer not to get married.

The servingman enters and tells everyone that the guests have entered and Lady Capulet and Juliet head downstairs. The party begins.
