Tea Act
Picture This is when the king and all of his people wanted to tax the tea that the colonists liked to drink in order to make lots of money. Most of the taxation warn't needed. 7- This caused great unrest among the colonists, spurring thoughts of independance, and even leads to a great protest. -
Intolerable Acts
Picture These were the crazy laws and regulations that the monarchy over in the british parlament be tryin'to force on all the colonists. 8- These acts lead to the Boston Tea protesting movement along with the independence movement in whole. Without these colonist wouldn't have rebeled so abruptly. -
Boston Tea Party
Picture The colonists finally stood up to the British via action. They dressed up as indians and dumped a lot of tea into the boston harbor to show they dont need that tea tax, or any of the irrelovent laws. 8- Deminstration of action and power through example. -

Second ContinentalCongress
Picture The delegates that were all meeting up decided that they were gonna break away from Britain. They put themselves on the defensive too. 9- Without this decision the colonists would have at the least stayed docile and only passive aggressive toward they monarchy that they would have stayed under. -

The Enlightenment

This is the part where all the really smart people started thinknig mo' 'bout the way they lives is, and less about how God is a facotor, freeing they minds to be 'enlightened'. 9- This really started the concept of life away from religion, and in part furthered the human mind to a level where progresion would be exponentially faster. -
Boston Massacre
Picture This massacre only had 5 people shot. The main reason it was calleda 'massacre' was for propaganda against the man, the monarchy, the unjust system. 7- This helped to inspire animosity among the colonists towards the briitish.
