    Heath Risks (Part 1)}

    One health risk that can influence the likeliness of engaging in more healthy behaviors is nutrition. Nutrition helps give us energy and it is important to keep healthy nutrition in your life. "Many teens rely on vending ma- chine snacks, fast food and on-the-go sugary sports drinks or sodas for fuel during the day. These foods do not provide lasting energy or the nutrients teenagers need for proper growth and development" (page 2-3).

    Health Risks (Part 2)}

    Another health risk is screen time. TV and phones are what keep children and teens entertained but if you get too much screen time it could effect your health. "Too much screen time leads to a sedentary lifestyle that can promote obesity and other health problem" (page 3).

    Story Time

    One way I helped someone market a positive health choice was when me and my sister were hanging out. He asked me if I wanted to play a game but I said no because it was so nice out. But he still didn't want to go outside. So I told her that summer coming up and that if she wants to be in shape she better start working now. She agreed that this was a better idea. So we went outside and workout out.
