    More and more women entered the work force during the economically tough era. The jobs women were given made the women over work and for the amount of work they put in they get payed very poorly from what they should be payed during all of the hard things they have gone through.

    WWII for women in the work place.

    Women in World War 2 worked shoulder to shoulder with the men in the factories, on the airfields and in the farms. The women build parts for the ships, aircraft and manufactured ammunition for the soldiers. With the men away to serve in the military the war materials were increasing, manufacturing company's opened to women and upped their earnings. Since men were away they women had to work the men's jobs but as soon as they got back from the war the men took the women's places to work.
