Lexington & Concord
The Battle of Lexington & Concord started with the british soldiers coming to lexington to collect a weapons stash. But they were met with a trap by paul revere and his men. They surrounded the british soldiers but there was 100 hundred soldiers on standby. So the colonists pulled their triggers and killed a few soldiers while losing a few colonists as well. The british soldiers retreated some wounded and death was left on the field. -
Battle of Bunker Hill
The Battle of Bunker Hill was a battle that resulted in america losing bad and losing a LOT of men. The 1000 militiamen were waiting top of the hill for the british soldiers and building their formations for the upcoming fight. The british came with 2,200 soldiers and they charged at the militia up the hill. The militia quickly fired at them killing 1000 and the british retreated back but then the militia was low on ammo. So the british charged again and ended up going killing too many militia -
Battle Of New York
The Battle of New York happened with the colonist being lead by george washington battling the british lead by howes williams. This battle was to get control of the hudson river to give one of the sides a upper hand and divide the two groups. The british battled the americans and suffered a casualty of 400. While the americans suffered a casualty of 1000 which ended in the defeat of the americans. -
The Battle of Trenton
The Battle of Trenton was a battle for trenton and princeton. The hessian numbered 1400 but were full of tired and unprepared men so they didn't expect what comes next. Washington leads the charge and he divides his squad to flank the hessian. they end up making quick work of the hessians and they surrender. The americans win and keep trenton to themselves and only lose 5 people. But hessian lost a total of 1032. -
The Battle of valley Forge
The battle of Valley Forge happened after the colonists were hardly trained for battle. They set up camp in valley forge because the harsh winter conditions. The men were dying slowly because they lost shoes and some had no clothes. Some were even deemed unfit to help out in later wars due to lack of clothes but more than 2000 mostly died from diseases due to lack of sanitation. The british came and raided the valley forge built up structures and house and took mostly everything from them. -

The Battle of Saratoga
The battle of saratoga was set in different battles, the first battle the british were fighting the americans and almost lost until they bring out german troops and gained the upper hand and americans had to withdraw. The british needed backup and fast but didn't get any so they moved north just to get surrounded by 13,000 plus soldiers and they surrendered. The americans won bringing down supply routes and gaining the upper hand and winning the battle of saratoga. -

The Battle of Philadelphia
The battle of Philadelphia was won by the british without any bloodshed from both sides. The british made it to Philadelphia before the americans and set up home basically. But had to leave early to avoid the french and to avoid the americans from flanking them. The americans come to see the british, temporary home set up and they retake it by going there after they leave and claiming that place. -
The Battle of Yorktown
The battle of Yorktown was the most important battle in history which decided the fate of the american colonists independence. The British were trying to escape from yorktown and the french and americans surrounded them. Without much blood shed the british and cornwallis surrendered because they knew they were outnumbered and the gave up on fighting back. This gave the americans independence and just like that the treaty was signed and american was separated from the british. -
The Treaty of Paris
The Treaty of Paris is a signed document that gives america independence and freedom from the british. After years of long fought battles,bloody slaughter,protests, and massacres america finally gained its freedom. The treaty makes america know as a free nation to build upon their own separate from the british. The british had no choice since they surrendered and couldn't do anything about the treaty.
