    how it changed Nature/Momentum/Resolution:This changed the momentum of the war because it eventually led to other revolts, which eventually led to other revolts.
  • The Boston Massacre

    Battle: More of a standoff than a battle.
    Date: March 5th, 1770
    Who won: I would say that the British won since they killed the colonists and protesters. But in the end it ended up bad for them.
    how it changed Nature/Momentum/Resolution: It changed the momentum of the sides. Since the British fired into the crowd killing three people, I think it sparked a fire in the colonists to do something about it.

    Who won: I would consider this a positive for the colonists and a negetive for the British, so I would say that the colonists won.
    how it changed Nature/Momentum/Resolution: This changed the resolution of the events to come because it told the British that the colonists meant buisness and that they were not to be crossed.

    Who won: I would say the British won
    how it changed Nature/Momentum/Resolution: This changed the resolution of the events to-come since it eventually led to the Boston Tea Party, whichwas one of the most significant events to ever happen in the United States. Which eventually led to revolution.

    Who won: No one won.
    how it changed Nature/Momentum/Resolution: It changed the Momentum of the war because the King would not even see the document that the Congress sent the King to call a truce. Instead he hired Hessian mercenaries to attack the colonists.
  • Bunker Hill

    Who won: I would say that the Colinists won because they had to retreat ONLY because they ran out of ammunition. but they were winning the fight against the British.
    how it changed Nature/Momentum/Resolution: This battle changed the resolution of the war because it was near the end of the war which lead in the colonists winning.
