    In my point of view, my town can integrate successfully, at least 5.000 refugees and that's because it's population is about 50.000. So a proportion of 10%, could be easily integrated and be involved in our town daily life.

    When refugees integrate, our town can create employment opportunites for them. For instance, they can help in farming, the mainstay of our town's economy or in the harvest of saffron and peaches, products that are highly acclaimed here. Also, women could be employed in house cleaning.

    The way your school can help

    Also, my school can help in a positive way. It can provide refugees children with Greek lessons and teach them our culture and lifestyle. Another way that school can help is by organising bazzars, charities or any other fund raising event, in order to raise some clothes and toys for them. And finally, my school could organise a party and invite them in it, in order to make them feel more comfortable.

    By the integration of the refugees in our town, there will be many potential benefits for our town. First of all, they can spend their money in local shops and local bussinesses. And as a result of this, the economy of our local community could be enhanced. Also, it will be created a sence of solidarity and unity between refugees and local people, and both of them will learn to accept and respect different cultures and nations.
