If customers want, they can get a loyalty card which allows them to collect points everytime they buy something from the shop. After they've collected enough points, they can use them to purchase any additional products from our shop that they might be interested in. -
Contests
Every month, the shop has a small contest. If a customer has a logo on the inside on the bottom of the cup, they recieve a certificate for unlimited free coffee for a week, or one cup of coffee a day for a month. -
Traffic Builder
We're going to continue to send out coupons in ads and hold contests. The shop may set up a small tent at festivals to represent the brand and give out free samples. This helps to improve the image and encourage people to do business with us. -
Product Samples
The shop is going to offer free samples of a few products to let people try it out. This also helps to improve the shop image by giving people something free to get them into the store. If they like the product, they are more likely to come back since they got to try it and had a good experience.
