I would use a deal like put an ad online in a local social media account, like maybe the city of Muskego’s twitter, so that way people from the area could see the ad. In this deal they would have to bring in a screen shotted picture of the coupon that is for one free coffee of their choice and they could redeem it, possibly leading them to buy something else. -

Incentives (Contests/Sweepstakes)
I would create a sweepstakes that would offer the customer a chance to win a $200 dollar visa gift card without having to purchase anything all they have to do is sign up as a member of the coffee house, which would mean they would be added to an email list to be informed of new products or other things going on in the business. The 50th person to sign up for it every 3 weeks would win the gift card.
