Project Management

  • Introduction

    Project management is a way of bringing together resources from both man and machine in order to solve a problem or complete a task whether that be in the form of online forums, or gathering data statistics from bar charts.
    For this unit as a student, I'll be looking at the various principles and methods used within project management to fulfill my own goals through a combination of research and creativity.

  • Learning Aims

    1) Investigate the principles and methods used in project management within the IT industry as an introduction to the subject itself;.
    2) Choose a project to work and come up with an organized plan to achieve it.
    3)Use a method to carry out the execution of the plan for the chosen/assigned IT project.
    4)After completing the project, look back and assess how the planning and the execution of the project went in accordance to the desired outcome.
