The Roman Empire The 500-year-old Roman Republic, which preceded it, had been destabilized through a series of civil wars. The first two centuries of the Empire were a period of unprecedented stability and prosperity known as the Pax Romana (Roman Peace). this inspires me becasue this is 500 years old and is still standing tall and is still beautiful. -

The Last Supper
is a late 15th-century mural painting that represents Jesus and his Deciples having there very last meal together.The work is presumed to have been commenced around 1495 and also was commissioned as part of a scheme of renovations to the church and its convent buildings. This is inspeartional from the painting in general that Jesus and his deciples are sharing there last meal together. -
The Big Ben~1858
The Big Ben was originally called the Elizabeth Tower. Bulit in 1858 after a fire burnt down the old palace, this four-face clock tower is now the third largest free-standing tower. It also had it's 150th anniversary on May 31st 2009. -
Ballet Rehearsal on Stage~ 1874- Edgar Degas
it was painted in 1874. many people say that Edgar Degas would go to multiple ballet performences and stay there for hours and stare at the dancers because he was so interested in the movements of the ballerinas, didn't become famous till after he passed away. This is inperational because he appreciated the fine arts. -
The Phantom of The Opera
The origonal French version was published from September 23, 1909 to January 8, 1910. Then the english version was published in 1911. this is insperational because it shows that just because one person is more different either in looks or appeal that everyone is equal. -
The Diary of a Young Girl~Anne Frank
Anne Frank was a young jewish girl who lived with her parents and sister along with another family in an attic while risking her life hiding from the Nazie. This book is influecial because it shows us what Jewish people during the hollicost and what Jewish people would do just to servive. -

This song is important to me because it is based on how people in the world should think about the other person and not just themselves. -

The Green Mile is a 1999 American drama movie directed by Frank Darabont which was from the 1996 version of Stephen King's novel of the same name. This is influencal because the movie shows that people of different races can actually treat others as equals. -
The Help~2009-Kathryn Stockett
This book was published in 2009. The book was based on two negro maids named Minny and Abliene. Followed by a white woman working for the daily news letter, Skeeter. She wanted to have the negro maids perspectives on how the people they were working for was treating them. Later followed by the movie in 2011. this speaks to me by how if one white person just wanted to see a negro persons perspevtive and changed the white peoples point of veiw. -
Kelly Clarkson- What doesnt kill you (Stronger)
This song is insparetional to me because it promotes that girls are strong and can live without the comfot of a man. Also it says that just because you dont have a "boyfriend" or a "husband" doesn't mean that you're alone in the world.
