    • Designed so the idea that your plan for learning will help students focus on what it is that they want to learn
    • Learning occurs either by: experience (through projects or through working with an expert for example) doing courses or reading peer-to-peer tutoring
    • how they will go about getting support to do these things is somthing that needs to also be address at the beginning of an implementation plan

    Implementation of the plan will not be smooth, and will take a lot of diligence not to fall back into the traditional roles of teacher and student.

    Is the learning pathway working? Are the students learning and progressing on or above "pace"? What has worked, and what needs some attention or changing?

    Work with the students to see how they feel the progress is going, while reflecting professionally on how you feel they are performing compared to what you have seen in traditional classrooms. Revise the learning pathway to fit the new goals which have been decided by both teacher and student.
