    20's
    In your 20's you are in or close to your physical peak. in my 20's I will focus on continuing a healthy diet and continuing to exercise regularly. To help prevent health problems later in life i will protect my skin and eyes and keep good hygiene. I will also have a medical check-up at least every two years. Also I will have a gynecological exam every 2 to 3 years and if I got pregnant have prenatal care.
  • 30's

    30's
    In your 30's it is important to keep a healthy weight because your Metabolism starts slowing down. I will continue to eat a healthy diet but I will start reducing sodium in my diet. I will also exercise 30 - 60 minutes each day. TO help prevent future health problems I will reduce stress and will continue to have a physical exam every 1-2 years and any additional screening my doctor suggests.
  • 40's

    40's
    At 40 you officially become middle aged. To keep a healthy life style I will keep exercising regularly and a good diet. In my 40's I will have a physical exam every 2-3 years, cholesterol screening every 5 years, and a baseline skin screening every 3-4 years or as my doctor recommends it. I will also use sunscreen to preventt skin cancer and get my eyes checked.
  • 50's

    50's
    In my 50's I will eat healthy by cutting back on sodium and foods high in unhealthy fat. I will also be sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. I will also stay active by finding an activity that I enjoy. I will also get a physical exam at least every 2 years, a comprehensive eye exam every 2 years, blood pressure screening every year, colorectal cancer screening, a baseline EKG and cholesterol and skin screenings.
  • 60's

    60's
    In my 60's I will try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. I will also eat a diet with fruits, vegetables, fiber-rich foods, non-fat dairy products and lean meats and proteins. I will get a annual flu shot, blood pressure screening once a year,eye exam every year, thyroid test every 5 years abd a colonoscopy every 10 years.
